How far in advance should I book KS Entourage?

We recommend booking at least 6–12 months in advance for weddings, and 3–6 months for corporate events. Peak seasons — Hari Raya, December and school holidays — fill up very quickly, so the earlier you reach out, the better.
Do you handle both Malay and non-Malay weddings?

Yes — we have extensive experience with Nikah ceremonies, Malay traditional weddings, Chinese weddings, Indian weddings and interfaith celebrations across Malaysia.
How much does a wedding planner cost in Malaysia?

Wedding planning packages in Malaysia typically range from RM5,000 for day-of coordination to RM15,000 and above for full-service planning. KS Entourage provides tailored quotes based on your guest count, venue, and vision. Contact us for a personalised proposal.
Can you manage a corporate event of 500 or more guests?

Absolutely. We have successfully managed large-scale events including stadium concerts, gala dinners and multi-day exhibitions for clients such as SHELL, PETRONAS, FELDA and various government ministries across Malaysia.
Does KS Entourage serve clients outside Selangor and Kuala Lumpur?

Yes — we have managed events nationwide including in Johor Bahru, Kuantan, Sarawak, Putrajaya, Seremban and internationally. We are happy to discuss requirements for events anywhere in Malaysia.
